Good morning, so as you can tell from my catchy title, this is my first time ever posting a blog. Needless to say, I am very anti social media. I turn 59 today which hopefully helps explain my reluctance. But my brother Pablo asked if I would be willing to share my heart when ever the Lord led me and I could not say no.
I don't know about yall, but I am overwhelmed these day with evil fatigue. Every where I turn, evil is all around us causing so much fear and anxiety. But if you are a born again believer, you have no need to fear. As a matter of fact, the Lord commands us to "fear not". I was listening to Dr. Andy Woods the other night and he actually did a word search in the Bible and found that "fear not" is found 365 times, one for every day of the year. Remind yourself of that each morning and remember what Paul wrote to Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:7: for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
If you are not a believer yet, I implore you today to heed the words spoken by Silas and Paul to the Philippian jailer when he asked, sirs what must I do to be saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, was their reply.
